Birmingham - Commutable from Walsall, Wolverhampton, Dudley, Coventry, Cannock, Telford, Worcester, and surrounding areas

Salary: 40,000 - 50,000 + Training + Progression + Overtime + Flexible Working Hours + Company Benefits

In this role, you will be playing a key part in implementing manufacturing processes and improving efficiency, designing, troubleshooting, and optimising production machinery, training production staff on new processes, scheduling production activities, and conducting audits and inspections.

The ideal candidate will have previous Production or Manufacturing Engineering experience, experience using CAD software, hold an Engineering-related degree, and have experience with continuous improvement and operational efficiency.

The Role:

The Person:

1. Degree within an Engineering discipline (or related)
2. Manufacturing or Production Engineering background
3. Ability to analyse data and performance
4. Strong knowledge of manufacturing equipment and processes
5. Positive attitude and willingness to learn
6. Recent Engineering graduates are encouraged to apply
