Bar Hill is seeking a Production Engineer to join an established and innovative product development business in Cambridgeshire, designing and manufacturing high-quality electro-mechanical products with a focus on quality, reliability and continuous improvement.

You will work closely with R&D, Production and Operations to improve manufacturing processes, develop test solutions and ensure products can be built and tested efficiently and consistently.

Responsibilities

Design, build and maintain production test fixtures
Support functional testing of electro‑mechanical products
Install and commission test equipment at external manufacturing partners
Develop build sequences, tooling and production aids
Support NPI and design reviews
Produce test, assembly and manufacturing documentation
Work closely with R&D, Production and Operations
