Job summary

Bar Hill is seeking a Production Engineer to join an established and innovative product development business in Cambridgeshire, designing and manufacturing high-quality electro-mechanical products with a focus on quality, reliability and continuous improvement.

You will work closely with R&D, Production and Operations to improve manufacturing processes, develop test solutions and ensure products can be built and tested efficiently and consistently.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain production test fixtures
• Support functional testing of electro‑mechanical products
• Install and commission test equipment at external manufacturing partners
• Develop build sequences, tooling and production aids
• Support NPI and design reviews
• Produce test, assembly and manufacturing documentation
• Work closely with R&D, Production and Operations
