Spotify Studios is seeking a Production Coordinator to join the London team. The ideal candidate will have experience in video podcast editing and production, supporting both in-studio and remote projects, including shows from The Ringer portfolio and partner productions. The role involves coordinating studio sessions, managing bookings, and supporting audio and video podcast production. A passion for podcasts, strong organizational skills, and familiarity with sports and pop culture podcasts are preferred.

What You'll Do

1. Manage studio calendars for in-studio bookings
2. Coordinate with producers, partner managers, and production teams for smooth recording sessions
3. Procure gear and supplies for studios
4. Assist with editing audio and video podcasts, including mixing and basic graphics
5. Provide technical support and troubleshoot studio productions, field, and remote shoots
6. Maintain studio spaces to meet standards and talent needs
7. Implement technical improvements as needed
8. Collaborate across departments to ensure effective communication

Who You Are

• 4+ years in digital video production, including podcasts and content for platforms like YouTube and Twitch
• Ability to work from the London office up to five days a week
• Strong organizational skills
• Proficiency with Adobe Premiere and the Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience with the entire podcast production process
• Experience working with high-profile talent and guests
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills
• Good judgment in evaluating content
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure

Where You'll Be

This role is based in our London office, requiring five days a week onsite.
