Job summary

DSP in London is seeking an Office Production Secretary/Production Co-ordinator to join our West London office from early October 2026. You will support the senior team, manage day-to-day office tasks and help coordinate production activity.

The role benefits from experience in television, strong organisation and familiarity with Microsoft Office; PMI knowledge is preferred. We value inclusivity and welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds.

Qualifications

• Experience in television industry, preferably at Production Secretary or Co-ordinator level.
• Strong organisational and proactive skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft programmes; PMI preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide secretarial and office coordination support for the production team.
• Assist on productions when required and help set up development shoots.
• Support senior team and handle general office management tasks.

Applicants should have experience in the television industry, preferably at Production Secretary or Co-ordinator level. The role will include supporting the senior team, along with office management tasks and responsibilities. There may some opportunity to assist on productions where required as well as also setting up development shoots where needed. Applicants should have a good knowledge of Microsoft programme's and preferably PMI. Some technical knowledge is advantageous but not essential.
