Job summary

Outpost is seeking a Production Coordinator to support VFX supervisors, artists and Producers to deliver stunning VFX shots for clients. You’ll coordinate client CineSync/Skype calls, take notes, and relay information to the team, while maintaining databases and tracking shots/assets under tight deadlines.

With 1+ years in a VFX environment, you’ll bring a proactive, team-focused attitude and hands-on knowledge of Shotgun, MS Office, FTP tools, and cross-platform workflows.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of relevant experience in a VFX environment.

Responsibilities

• Organise and participate in client CineSync/Skype calls and daily sessions, taking notes of key information to relay to other team members.
• Maintain databases and accurately keep track of shots/assets.
• Manage multiple production/client requests with a can-do attitude to meet tight deadlines.

Job Description

Putting you’re incredible organisational and communications skills to good use, as Production Coordinator you’ll be providing ongoing support to VFX Supervisors, VFX artist and Producers to deliver stunning VFX shots to our clients. You’ll be organising and participating in client Cinesync/Skype calls and dailie sessions, taking notes of key information to relay to other team members.In addition to maintain databases & accurately keeping track of shots/assets. Your ability to manage multiple production/client requests will be essential and your can-do attitude toward tight deadlines indispensable to the team.

• Positive attitude and solution oriented
• 1+ years of relevant experience in a VFX environment
• Previous exposure to and/or proficient knowledge of: Shotgun, Microsoft Office applications, FTP software, Mac and Windows literate, Basic Linux
