Job summary

Ristara, an aerospace manufacturing company supplying components to AIRBUS and BOEING, is seeking a Production Controller in Rugby. You will prioritise workload, collaborate across departments to meet targets and ensure stock integrity.

Your duties include planning work orders for first-off parts, resolving production issues, and generating weekly/monthly performance reports. Hours: standard days, Monday-Thursday 7am-4pm, Friday 12pm finish.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar production controller or similar role.
• Experience with MRP systems and manufacturing planning.

Responsibilities

• Plan and issue work orders for first-off parts.
• Identify immediate production issues and provide solutions.
• Manage stock and ensure WO prioritisation to meet customer requirements.
• Run reports to monitor performance and provide data.
• Set weekly and monthly targets and provide data accordingly.

Job description

You will be joining a reputable Aerospace manufacturing company who supply components into the leading aerospace companies such as AIRBUS and BOEING.

As a production controller you will be required to provide a high level of flexibility in prioritizing workload and attention to detail. You will be required to work closely with other colleagues and departments to ensure targets are met.

For the Production Controller position you must have experience:

• Planning and issuing work orders for first-off parts
• Identifying immediate productions issues and solutions
• Management of stock
• Ensuring work orders are prioritized to customer requirements
• Manage data and run reports for monitoring purposed
• Provide data and set weekly and monthly targets

Requirmentsfor theProduction Controllerroleare:

• Have previous experience in a similar role
• Have MRP knowledge
• Have experience working in the aerospace industry
• Have Fabrication/Machining knowledge or experience

Hours for the role:

Standard Days: Monday-Thursday 7am-4pm Friday 12pm finish
