The Production Control Team Lead will oversee technicians' shifts within the PCS workshop, reporting to the Operations Lead.

As a Production Control Team Lead, your responsibilities include:

• Leading a team effectively and resolving technical and personal challenges on the shop floor
• Planning and organizing workshop activities to meet business priorities
• Adjusting and coordinating workshop priorities at short notice to meet customer and business needs
• Collaborating with other departments within the Montrose COE and building relationships with the Controls COE at Nailsea
• Maintaining and repairing technical, mechanical, and electrical equipment before and after shipment offshore
• Creating a positive work environment to help the team achieve targets
• Promoting and improving HSE culture on the shop floor
• Driving continuous improvement to review and enhance Quality Metrics
• Having strong knowledge of Subsea Controls Systems, including software and electrical expertise
• Working closely with Software engineers to diagnose and resolve software issues
• Having proven experience as a technician in mechanical and electrical fields
• Working with the Ops Lead to set and achieve shop floor targets
• Providing cover for the Ops Lead during leave
• Exhibiting strong interpersonal skills for effective teamwork and customer interaction
• Collaborating with QC to ensure documentation and procedures are correctly followed
