Qualifications

• Understanding of technology or operational risk and action-oriented.
• Experience in technology controls, production support, risk governance, or regulatory requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate complex production, technology and risk topics clearly to stakeholders.
• Understanding of business continuity, disaster recovery, and tech resilience.
• Experience in Production Application Support, ITIL/ITSM, incident or problem management.
• Experience using AI tools to enhance productivity while applying responsible data use.

Responsibilities

• Help drive production risk governance by identifying, assessing and tracking technology and operational risks across supported services.
• Monitor control effectiveness and support remediation, risk, audit and regulatory actions through to closure.
• Analyse incidents and resilience issues to identify recurring themes and drive improvements.
• Support business continuity, disaster recovery and resilience testing activities across production.
• Manage daily production reviews, incident and problem management with clear stakeholder communication.
• Contribute to simplifying processes and strengthening controls with data-driven approaches.
