Deutsche Bank in Birmingham seeks an experienced Senior Site Reliability Engineer to lead reliability improvements across Control-M and UC4 platforms. You will set SLIs/SLOs, manage incident response, and drive automation, capacity planning and resilient deployment practices.

The role requires strong systems, cloud and software engineering expertise, stakeholder management and mentoring of engineers in modern SRE practices. Hybrid working model offered in the UK.

Qualifications

• Senior SRE with hands-on technical leadership experience.
• Proven incident response, RCA and problem management.
• Strong automation, IaC and software engineering practices.

Responsabilités

• Improve service reliability by defining SLIs/SLOs and health reporting.
• Strengthen monitoring and alerting to prevent disruptions.
• Lead incident response to reduce MTTR and recurrence.
• Automate provisioning, upgrades and health checks to cut manual effort.
• Deliver safe, resilient platform upgrades and change validation.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure accountability and compliance.
