Qualifications

Responsibilities

Production Coordinator – Current Affairs Feature Documentary
Company - Passion Docs
Location - Central London (office-based only, no hybrid)
Dates - 16 June 2025 – February 2026
Filming Dates - July - September (full availability required)

Passion Docs is seeking a Production Coordinator for an exciting Current Affairs feature documentary. You will play a key role throughout pre-production, filming, and post-production, handling logistics, talent welfare, compliance, and archive clearances. This is an office-based role in Central London; applicants must be available to work in person for the duration of the contract.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate travel, accommodation, and visas (UK & international)
• Book equipment, transport, and kits
• Support contributor welfare and talent logistics
• Assist with archive clearance
• Prepare call sheets, schedules, and finance logs
• Complete Albert compliance paperwork and adhere to Albert guidelines
• Manage release forms, filming permissions, and contributor documentation
• Track budgets, process invoices and expenses
• Organise rushes for post-production and ensure metadata accuracy
• Liaise across teams and support delivery to an international broadcaster

Essential Experience:

• Credits on Current Affairs or historical documentaries
• Confident handling of international shoots and logistics
• Knowledge of archive/music clearance
• Experience with delivery workflows for major international broadcasters
• At least four Production Coordinator credits

Desirable Experience:

• Experience with Albert
• Russian language skills are a bonus (not essential)
