Job summary

Avalon Television is seeking an experienced Production Coordinator to join a new series based in London. The role is fully office-based, five days a week, with weekend work required and contracts starting ASAP through to end of October.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organisational skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and excellent communication. Experience with child licensing processes is a plus, and independence is valued.

• Previous experience as a Production Coordinator on large-scale productions.
• Experience on task/challenge based shows.

• Coordinating complex production logistics across multiple departments
• Supporting the production team with day-to-day operational tasks
• Callsheets and schedules
• Liaising confidently with crew, contributors, suppliers, and internal teams
• Maintaining clear and efficient communication across all areas of production
• Post production paperwork
