BBC Studios is looking for an experienced Production Coordinator to join the team on an upcoming Children in Need documentary. We're looking for someone with strong location experience who can quickly become an integral part of a busy production team.

Key responsibilities:

• Raising purchase orders (POs) and processing invoices
• Drafting and issuing contributor, crew and supplier contracts
• Managing production administration and paperwork
• Working across BBC systems, including Gateway
• Coordinating location filming logistics
• Supporting the Production Manager with day-to-day running of the production

We're looking for someone who:

• Has previous experience working as a Production Coordinator on broadcast productions
• Has strong location production experience
• Has excellent organisational and communication skills
• Has previous BBC experience or a good working knowledge of BBC systems and workflows (desirable)
