Job summary

BBC Studios in the Northwest seeks a Productions Coordinator for a fast-paced, multi-location factual shoot tackling environmental crime. You will handle day-to-day logistics, admin, and paperwork from prep through to post, under the Production Manager. The role covers set-up, facilities sourcing, budgeting support, procurement, and meticulous metadata logging.

Dates: 28 September – 23 December 2026, with weekend availability on 17–18 Oct, 24–25 Oct, and 31 Oct–1 Nov. Interviews 11–12 September.

It is a fast-paced, multi-location shoot combining investigative journalism and presenter-led storytelling. Dates: 28th September – 23rd December 2026 (Must be available for weekend work on: 17–18 Oct, 24–25 Oct, and 31 Oct–1 Nov The Role Working alongside the Production Manager, you will handle the day-to-day logistics, paperwork, and administration from prep through to post.

• Help track budgets, and handle procurement.
• Keep production paperwork flawless, clear rights, and log accurate metadata.
