Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC is launching a Production Chef Level 2 Apprenticeship over 15 months. You will work full‑time in a fast‑paced kitchen under the guidance of passionate chefs while gaining a nationally recognised qualification. The role offers strong progression opportunities and access to staff discounts across our brands.

No prior experience is required as we provide training. You will be supported with learning modules, mentoring, and a pathway to further qualifications and development

Qualifications

• Passion for cooking and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and present food quickly, safely and to brand standard.
• Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of kitchen and back of house areas.
• Assist with stock rotation, prep and par process.
• Support team and participate in training and learning modules.
