Marston's PLC is seeking a motivated individual to join our production kitchen as an Apprentice Production Chef. Over 15 months you will train through the Chef Academy Production Chef Level 2 Apprenticeship while contributing to everyday kitchen tasks.

You will prep, create and bring our pub menu to life, learning new prepping skills and taking ownership of a kitchen section. This apprenticeship offers real career development and a pathway to sous chef.

Qualifications

• Enrolment in Chef Academy Production Chef Level 2 Apprenticeship over 15 months.

Responsabilités

• Prep, create and bring our pub menu to life in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Know or be willing to learn the kitchen areas and procedures.
• Work within a team to support the day-to-day running of the kitchen.
• Deliver hot food to specification each time.
