Job summary

Lifetime Training Group Limited is recruiting an Apprentice Chef to join our kitchen team and support the delivery of the pub menu. The role offers an apprenticeship path with development opportunities toward Chef Academy Production Chef Level 2 over 15 months.

You will gain hands-on experience in prep, cooking to spec, and working collaboratively in a busy kitchen while enjoying the company’s apprenticeship programme and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar Chef role or an experienced KP.
• Willingness to learn about kitchen areas and procedures.
• Ability to work within a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Support the kitchen team with day-to-day running of the kitchen.
• Passion to deliver great, hot food to spec.

Responsibilities

• Prep, create and bring our pub menu to life.
• Own a section of the kitchen (section ownership).
• Work with the team to run the kitchen smoothly.

As a Production Chef:

• There’s plenty to get involved with whilst growing your career and developing skills that you can take home.
