Gavin Watson Ltd, based in Blantyre, is seeking Production Assistants / Driver to join its friendly team on a shift pattern. You will support production lines, pick and despatch orders, inspect and pack items, receive raw goods and enable timely deliveries to customers.

This role suits someone who is proactive, detail-focused and team-oriented, with a driving licence and a willingness to grow with the company. Forklift experience is a bonus but not essential.

Qualifications

• Can-do attitude and attention to detail required.
• Counter Balance Forklift license would be an advantage but not a requirement.
• Team player who’s happy to muck in when needed.
• Keen to learn, improve and grow with us.
• Clean driving licence required.

The Role

We’re on the lookout for Production Assistants / driver to join our friendly and hardworking team in a shift working role. You’ll play a key role in making sure our customers get the high-quality labels and packaging they know us for.

Your Day-to-day May Involve

• Assisting the various production lines
• Picking and despatching orders
• Inspecting and packing orders
• Receiving raw goods and arranging for production
• Making Deliveries
