Cameron Clarke Associates in Wolverhampton is seeking a practical Warehouse & Print Production Operative to join our production facility. You will support warehouse, dispatch and production teams, handling materials, preparing orders and assisting finishing and packaging.

A valid Counterbalance forklift licence is essential; experience in manufacturing/print settings, good organisational skills and reliability are valued. Full UK driving licence and willingness to learn will help you succeed.

Responsibilities

• Receive deliveries of paper, consumables and finished goods.

• Support print finishing and production departments as required.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised workspace.
• Carry out local deliveries when required and assist stock control.
• Wrap pallets and assist with packaging and labelling.
• Operate pallet wrapping equipment and support dispatch activities.

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Our client manufactures, finishes, stores and distributes printed products for customers across the UK from their Wolverhampton production facility.

They’re looking for a practical, reliable and flexible Warehouse & Print Production Operative to support the warehouse, dispatch and production teams. This is a varied role where you’ll play an important part in keeping materials and finished products moving efficiently while helping to deliver quality work for customers.

This is a great opportunity for someone with a valid forklift licence who wants to develop new skills within a successful commercial print environment.

The Role

As a Warehouse & Print Production Operative, you will support the day-to-day running of our warehouse and production areas. You’ll be responsible for handling materials, preparing customer orders, supporting dispatch activities and assisting production teams when required.

Key responsibilities:

• Receiving deliveries of paper, consumables and finished goods
• Loading and unloading vehicles safely
• Moving materials throughout the warehouse and factory
• Picking, packing and dispatching customer orders
• Booking courier shipments
• Checking incoming deliveries
• Supporting print finishing and production departments
• Packaging, labelling and palletising finished work
• Operating pallet wrapping and polywrapping equipment
• Carrying out local deliveries when required
• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe workplace

Requirements

Essential

• Valid Counterbalance Forklift Truck licence
• Previous warehouse experience within a manufacturing or production environment
• Full UK driving licence
• Good organisational skills
• Excellent attention to detail
