Job Title - Production Assistant

Salary - £28,000 - £30,000

Location - London, South West

Reporting to - Production Director

Contract - Permanent

Role Summary

We are seeking a Production Assistant to support our production team across various projects. This hands-on role involves assisting in all stages of event production, from project initiation to on-site execution. Responsibilities include sourcing and managing suppliers, administrative support, warehouse kit preparation, and on-site assistance, ensuring compliance with company standards and policies.

The ideal candidate should be able to prioritize tasks effectively, manage multiple projects, and work independently and collaboratively. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented, proactive individual to develop industry experience and grow within the company.

Responsibilities

1. Project Coordination & Administration: Managing quotes, proposals, kit lists, and assisting with budgeting.
2. Production Support: Assisting with creative schedules, coordinating with crew and venues, equipment prep.
3. On-site Role: Supporting the production director, problem-solving on the ground, representing the company professionally.

Experience and Skills

• Basic AV knowledge (school/college) or AV technician aiming to progress.
• Good IT skills.
• Effective time management.
• Self-motivated with a proactive attitude.
• Located in or able to commute to South West London.
• Strong communication skills.
