About the role

We are delighted to share a role within the Shoot Production Executive F&F Clothing. The Shoot Production team organises all images needed, from cut-out imagery to online display and campaign billboards. This role involves sample organisation, production, and overseeing the images and delivery of all assets. It suits someone with a strong understanding of shoot production and confidence in managing the end-to-end process of asset creation.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the lifecycle of all samples, ensuring teams are aware of sample information and expectations.
  • Oversee and maintain accurate shoot and sample critical paths.
  • Coordinate sign-offs and ensure smooth product handovers.
  • Create and maintain a shoot bible with all necessary information for agencies.
  • Support and manage content briefs and retouching notes.
  • Ensure samples are correctly collated, packed, sent to shoots, and returned post-shoot.
  • Assist the Shoot Manager on set with sample queries.
  • Craft product descriptions and copy as required.
  • Attend shoots, working with freelance and agency partners to deliver imagery.
  • Drive shoot day efficiencies and support the shoot team in daily operations.
  • Manage content creation for social media platforms, including videos and stills.
  • Keep up-to-date with social media trends and fashion market research.
Minimum requirements
  • Experience in end-to-end production of photoshoots.
  • Experience working with advertising agencies and lifestyle imagery shoots.
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills.
  • Team player with relationship-building skills.
  • Self-starter capable of managing own workload.
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of social media landscape and fashion industry experience.
  • Video content editing experience.
