Job summary

Newcastle United Football Club is looking for a Creative Artworker to turn approved concepts into production-ready assets across digital, print, retail and social channels. You will work closely with the Creative team to ensure accuracy, brand fidelity and technical quality.

With strong attention to detail, you will optimise files for each platform, maintain templates and support colleagues by sharing production best practices.

Qualifications

• Produce high-quality artwork for print, digital, social and retail channels.
• Ensure delivery aligns with brand guidelines and production standards.
• Collaborate with designers to translate concepts into production-ready assets.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate, high-quality artwork for print, digital, social and retail channels, ensuring all assets meet the required technical and brand standards.
• Translate approved creative concepts into final production-ready assets without compromising the original creative vision.
• Configure and optimise files for their intended platform, format, supplier or production process.
• Maintain and update design templates, style guides, asset libraries and production files to support consistency and efficiency.
• Work closely with designers to ensure technical execution aligns with agreed creative direction.
• Act as a technical checkpoint between the Creative team and external suppliers, including printers, manufacturers and agencies.
• Review production specifications and proactively identify technical risks, limitations or errors before final production.
• Support creative colleagues by providing guidance on production requirements, technical limitations and best practices.
• Recommend improvements to workflows, templates, file management and quality control processes.
• Help introduce new tools, systems and production techniques that improve efficiency and maintain quality standards
