Newcastle United is seeking a Creative Artworker to deliver production-ready assets across print, digital, retail and social channels, ensuring brand integrity and technical accuracy. You will transform approved concepts into final assets while maintaining original creative intent and adhering to platform specs.

Working closely with the Creative team, you will review files for quality, optimise formats, and contribute to templates and workflows that enhance efficiency and reduce production

Qualifications

• Experience producing artwork for print, digital, and retail channels.
• Strong eye for brand consistency and production-ready files.
• Proficient in preparing assets to meet platform and supplier specs.
• Knowledge of templates, style guides and asset libraries.

Responsabilités

• Prepare accurate, high-quality artwork for print, digital, social and retail channels, ensuring all assets meet technical and brand standards.
• Translate approved concepts into final production-ready assets without compromising creative vision.
• Configure and optimise files for their intended platform, format, supplier or production process.
• Maintain and update design templates, style guides and asset libraries to support consistency and efficiency.
• Work closely with designers to ensure technical execution aligns with creative direction.
• Act as a technical checkpoint between the Creative team and external suppliers.
• Review production specifications and proactively identify risks or errors before final production.
• Support colleagues by providing guidance on production requirements and best practices.
• Recommend improvements to workflows, templates, file management and quality control processes.
• Help introduce new tools and production techniques that improve efficiency and maintain quality.
