Job summary

Newcastle United is seeking a Creative Artworker to turn approved concepts into production-ready assets for print, digital, retail and social channels, while preserving the original creative intent and brand standards.

You'll work with designers to optimize files for platforms, manage templates and asset libraries, and act as a technical checkpoint with suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate, high-quality artwork for print, digital, social and retail channels, ensuring assets meet technical and brand standards.
• Translate approved concepts into production-ready assets without compromising original creative vision.
• Configure and optimise files for their intended platform, format, supplier or production process.
• Maintain and update design templates, style guides, asset libraries and production files for consistency.
• Work with designers to ensure technical execution aligns with creative direction.
• Act as a technical checkpoint between the Creative team and external suppliers (printers, manufacturers, agencies).
• Review production specs and identify technical risks or errors before final production.
• Support colleagues by providing guidance on production requirements and best practices.
• Recommend improvements to workflows, templates and quality control processes.
• Introduce new tools and production techniques to improve efficiency and quality.
