Newcastle United is seeking a Creative Artworker to transform approved concepts into production-ready assets across digital, print, retail and social channels. Youll work with the wider Creative team to ensure assets meet the club's brand standards, quality and technical specs, delivering accurate, high-quality output on time.

In this role you will collaborate with designers and external suppliers to maintain consistency, optimise production workflows and continuously improve production

Responsabilités

• Prepare high-quality artwork for print, digital, social and retail, meeting technical and brand standards.
• Translate approved concepts into final production-ready assets without losing vision.
• Configure and optimise files for platform, format, supplier or process.
• Maintain design templates, style guides, asset libraries and production files for consistency.
• Collaborate with designers to ensure technical execution aligns with direction.
• Act as technical checkpoint between Creative and external suppliers (printers, manufacturers, agencies).
• Review production specs and identify technical risks or errors early.
• Guide colleagues on production requirements and best practices.
• Recommend improvements to workflows and file management.
• Help implement new tools and techniques to boost efficiency and quality.
