Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality artwork for print, digital, social and retail channels.
• Translate concepts into production-ready assets without compromising vision.
• Configure and optimise files for platform, supplier or process.
• Maintain and update design templates, style guides and asset libraries for consistency.
• Work closely with designers to ensure technical execution aligns with direction.
• Act as technical checkpoint between the Creative team and external suppliers.
• Review production specifications and identify risks or errors early.
• Support colleagues with production requirements and best practices.
• Recommend workflow and file-management improvements.
• Help introduce new tools and production techniques to improve efficiency.
