Salesforce, Inc. is hiring Technical Builders to ship AI-powered agentic solutions for Fortune 500 customers. You’ll join a pod, own components end-to-end, and work with real customer environments from day one.

You should have 3+ years of software engineering or technical delivery, hands-on with LLMs and prompts, and fluency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex. Occasional travel ~25% is expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience.
• Hands-on with LLMs and prompt engineering.
• Fluent in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex.
• Deep understanding of data modeling, APIs and integration patterns.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI agents and experiences that take real actions for real companies.
• Design agent intelligence: prompts, reasoning, tool calls, and integration with customer systems.
• Own technical components end-to-end: architecture to production.
• Build and integrate data pipelines on Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, Databricks, and customer data platforms.
• Contribute to proofs-of-concept and MVPs that move from sketch to deployable in days.
• Surface platform gaps and field insights to senior Builders and the Agentforce product team.
• Partner with the Strategic Builder to translate customer challenges into agentic solutions.
