MG&Co. is a design-led retailer that creates hardware, lighting and accessories. We seek an experienced Product Technologist to support development, ensure quality, and maintain compliance while advancing sustainability across supplier networks.

You will work with cross-functional teams to manage product data, supplier documentation and regulatory changes, helping the business ship safe, compliant and responsibly sourced products.

Qualifications

• Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communications skills with the ability to manage upwards and downwards.
• Collaborative approach with experience in stakeholder management.
• Methodical, and confident working with data and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage quality assurance throughout the product development process.
• Review and assess product samples against specifications and quality standards.
• Record and monitor product issues, helping identify root causes and corrective actions.
• Lead factory quality improvement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate product specifications and technical documentation.
• Investigate customer quality concerns and product returns.
