Job summary

Tiger Recruitment is working with a prestigious arts organisation in West London to appoint a Retail Product Technologist. You will own regulatory compliance across retail categories, coordinate third‑party testing, labeling and packaging, and ensure all standards are met.

You’ll work with Buying, Merchandising, Design and suppliers across international supply chains, monitor legislation and support sustainability certifications. Hybrid working in London with a salary circa £40,770.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in product compliance within a retail environment.
• Strong knowledge of UK, EU and international regulatory and certification requirements.
• Experience working with suppliers and manufacturing partners across international supply chains.
• Strong attention to detail with experience managing technical documentation and compliance records.
• Understanding of sustainability requirements and relevant certifications, including GOTS, FSC and SedEx.
• Proactive, organised and collaborative, with the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities and deadlines.
• Strong written, numerical and interpersonal skills, with confidence working across teams and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support sustainability requirements, training and process improvements across retail teams, including relevant product certifications
