SUCCESS TALENT is seeking a Product Technologist for our Manchester-based team specializing in accessories, footwear, and apparel. You will ensure products meet testing, safety, and retail readiness standards while coordinating with overseas factories and customers.

Key responsibilities include overseeing testing, troubleshooting bulk results, and managing approvals, care labels, and packaging. A focus on sustainability and clear technical documentation is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Product Technologist, ideally with accessories or footwear.
• Experience working directly with overseas factories and customers.
• Strong knowledge of UK and international testing & compliance.
• Understanding of sustainability driven product requirements.
• Solid skills in Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all testing requirements across accessories, footwear, and apparel.
• Analyse and troubleshoot bulk test results, working closely with factories and customers.
• Manage production approvals—care labels, packaging, AQL reports, and more.
• Monitor sustainability and compliance documentation at bulk stage.
• Become the internal expert on customer manuals and technical expectations.
