Job summary

Monsoon Accessorize is seeking a Product Technologist to support product strategy with Category Teams, manage prototype-to-production sign-off, and collaborate with Buying and Design to ensure quality and safety are built in from the start.

The role involves supplier engagement, cost-conscious production methods, and ensuring regulatory compliance and testing processes across jewellery and accessories. Travel may be required, with a focus on quality and sustainability.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Product Technologist or similar technical role.
• Excellent attention to detail to identify, investigate and resolve quality issues.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Build close working relationships withCategory Teams to support product strategy including sustainability targets.
• Support Buying from prototype to production sign-off with risk assessments.
• Work with suppliers to achieve cost-effective production methods while maintaining quality.
• Ensure product testing is managed with compliant quality processes.
