Description

We're on the lookout for an energetic and inspiring Product Team Leader to join the team. As a Product Team Leader, you will lead, inspire, and empower your store team to deliver an exceptional customer journey and a great place to work. You will be an expert in product handling and will strive to improve the customer experience through excellent visual execution and high-quality customer service. Supporting the Product and Commercial Manager, you will develop the team and maintain operational standards to generate outstanding sales, KPIs, and high-performing teams.

About The Role

What You’ll Be Doing

1. Deliver excellent product placement and engaging wearable outfits.
2. Maintain strong visual standards with the customer journey as a priority.
3. Confidently manage all store operations, including service, people, and processes.
4. Support the Commercial/Product Manager in empowering the team to enhance customer experience.
5. Utilize commercial tools effectively to drive store performance.
6. Take responsibility for KPIs such as sales, stock loss, payroll, conversion, customer feedback, and RFID.
7. Assist in managing store compliance with health & safety standards.
8. Support the development of the store team to ensure high performance and engagement.
