Location: Basildon Mayflower

Compensation: £26,445 FTE

Description

  • Part time: 23.4hrs over 3 days. 7.8hrs per day

We're looking for an energetic and inspiring Product Team Leader to join our team. As a Product Team Leader, you will lead, inspire, and empower your store team to deliver an exceptional customer journey and create a great work environment. You will be an expert in product handling and will strive to improve the customer experience through excellent visual presentation and high-quality customer service. You will support the Product and Commercial Manager in developing the team and maintaining operational standards, contributing to outstanding sales, KPIs, and high-performing teams.

About The Role
What You’ll Be Doing
  • Deliver excellent product placement and engaging wearable outfits.
  • Maintain high visual standards with the customer experience at the core of your decisions.
  • Confidently duty manage all store operations including service, people, and processes.
  • Assist the Commercial/Product Manager in empowering the store team to prioritize customer experience.
  • Understand and utilize commercial tools to drive sales and performance.
  • Take responsibility for store KPIs such as sales, stock loss, payroll, conversion, and customer feedback.
  • Support store operations compliance, including health & safety standards.
  • Help develop a motivated and engaged team that feels valued and recognized.
