Job summary

• Own incidents and requests from IT Helpdesk to resolution.
• Investigate problems and assess business impact.
• Collaborate with groups to define problems quickly.
• Escalate to software engineers with clear diagnosis.
• Identify recurring issues and feed into product improvements.
• Create clear docs and support guides; AI tools used.
• Test changes carefully before live deployment.
• Assist in bringing new products into live support.
