Job summary

Qualifications
- Degree in a relevant Engineering, Science, Mathematics or Data-focused discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in the defence industry or applying Supportability Engineering principles, standards and methodologies.
- Experience providing front-line technical or product support.
- Strong analytical skills with experience of gathering, interpreting and presenting complex data to support decision-making.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, trend identification, reporting and visualisation.
Responsibilities
- Investigate product performance and support continuous improvement activities.
- Analyse real-world operational data to identify trends and improve system reliability.
- Learn how MTBF and MTTR are used to support engineering decisions.
- Collaborate with design, quality, logistics and export control teams.
- Support the management of product repairs and spares to keep systems operational.
- Contribute to FRACAS activities to solve problems.
