Job summary

iwoca is seeking a Product Strategy Analyst to shape how new businesses join us. You’ll run experiments, weigh short-term gains against long-term bets, and keep customer lifetime value at the center of decisions.

You’ll design and interpret controlled tests on the customer journey and new loan features, partner with engineering and data science, and guide the team’s roadmap toward scalable, data-driven growth.

Qualifications

• Experience using data to drive commercial decisions on revenue, cost, or risk.
• STEM background with ability to reason under uncertainty.
• First-principles problem-solving and hypothesis-driven work.

Responsibilities

• Set iwoca's new-customer lending strategy, weighing speed, friction, risk, and decision accuracy.
• Design, run, and interpret controlled experiments on changes to the customer journey and new loan features.
• Manage analytical and strategic projects end-to-end and share findings with senior leadership.
• Collaborate with engineering or data science teams to extract analytical insight from production systems.
• Analyze and improve a customer journey balancing conversion, risk, and long-term value.
• Code for analysis, automation, or prototypes using AI tools.
