Job summary

Rolls-Royce Motor Cars, part of the BMW Group, invites a placement-year student to join the Production Steering, Distribution & Digitalisation team at Goodwood. You will gain hands-on experience across production planning, problem solving, and project work focused on improving delivery and digital processes.

This cross-functional placement develops skills in Excel/PowerPoint, with exposure to Visual Basic, SQL and HTML, while enabling collaboration with the wider manufacturing organisation.

Qualifications

Studying for a bachelor degree in a technical or business processes based degree.
Computer literate, good skills in Excel, Access and PowerPoint.
Ability in Visual Basic is ideal, additionally SQL and HTML experience is ideal.

Responsibilities

Support daily operational tasks in production and distribution.
Assist in prioritising and delivering customer vehicles on time.
Report on production and distribution performance and identify process improvements.
Contribute to continuous improvement projects within the team and related business areas.
