Rolls-Royce Motor Cars in Goodwood is offering a Quality Steering Engineering Intern placement (July 2027). You will work with the Quality Steering team to support governance, daily tasks and data-driven improvement initiatives.
We seek a student on track for a 2:2 or above in an Engineering degree, with interest in Quality Management and the ability to work independently and in a team. This placement includes competitive pay, pro rata holiday and a supportive mentoring environment.

Rolls-Royce Motor Cars, Goodwood – Quality Steering Engineering Intern - Placement Year (July 2027)
Quality Steering is responsible for the implementation, governance and continuous improvement of the Rolls‑Royce Motor Cars Quality Management System. The team plays a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of product and process quality across the business, while also supporting the successful introduction of new vehicle models and the delivery of quality enhancement initiatives. Working cross‑functionally with a wide range of stakeholders, Quality Steering drives excellence, promotes a culture of continuous improvement and helps ensure that every Rolls‑Royce Motor Car meets the exceptional standards expected by our customers.
To be eligible for this position, you must be returning to your studies, for a minimum of 6 months, after completion of this placement. You must be able to provide proof of your legal right to work in the UK.
