Job summary

Donnelly Group has opened brand-new Skoda showrooms in Northern Ireland. We seek an energetic Skoda Product Specialist to deliver exceptional customer experiences, be the first face customers meet, and demonstrate the full Skoda range with confidence.

You will join a structured training path through our Donnelly Group Training Academy, gaining product knowledge and selling, communication and emotional intelligence skills, with ongoing development as you progress in your career.

Qualifications

• Right to Work in the UK.
• Full valid Driving Licence.
• GCSEs including English and Maths (5 passes).

Responsibilities

• Be the first face-to-face contact for customers, representing Donnelly Group and Skoda.
• Engage with customers, presenting and demonstrating vehicles.
• Become an expert in the full Skoda model range.
• Deliver personalised experiences built on understanding customer needs and behaviours.
• Work closely with the wider sales and customer service teams to uphold our brand promise.

To mark this exciting milestone, we’re recruiting a Skoda Product Specialist who can deliver a customer experience as exceptional as our new showrooms and vehicle ranges.

In this role, you will:

• Be the first face-to-face contact for customers, representing both Donnelly Group and Skoda
• Engage with customers, presenting and demonstrating vehicles
• Become an expert in the full Skoda model range
• Deliver personalised experiences built on understanding customer needs and behaviours
• Work closely with the wider sales and customer service teams to uphold our brand promise
