Babcock is seeking an Engineer - Product Security in Ashton Vale, Bristol, with hybrid working and a 37-hour week. You’ll lead security design across complex engineering systems from concept through operation, supporting national security and critical infrastructure within the Mission Technologies team.

You’ll develop information assurance strategies, manage risk using frameworks like ISO/IEC 27000 and NIST SP-800, create security documentation, and collaborate with multidisciplinary engineers

Qualifications

• Experience interpreting ISO/IEC 27000-series or NIST SP-800-series.
• Experience in information assurance, security engineering or cyber security.
• Understanding of risk management and assurance methodologies.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement Information Assurance strategies meeting customer security requirements.
• Lead risk management aligned with ISO 27000 or NIST SP 800-37.
• Create and maintain system security plans, policies, and evidence.
• Interface with stakeholders to provide expert security guidance.
