Job summary

Babcock is seeking a Senior Quality Engineer to shape quality across our major programmes at Ashton Vale, near Bristol. You will work within a Project Quality team, guiding outputs to meet customer and regulatory requirements with a focus on continuous improvement.

You’ll engage with internal teams and customers, drive quality performance, and contribute to future opportunities, with hybrid working and 37 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Experience in applying quality across product/service delivery lifecycle.
• Experience implementing quality improvements and driving culture change.
• Experience auditing ISO 9001 management systems.

Responsibilities

• Represent customer interests and maintain open, collaborative relationships.
• Oversee progress and sign-off delivery to assure requirements are met.
• Collect, analyse and report on quality performance data.
• Lead investigations into quality escapes and drive preventative actions.
• Contribute quality expertise to bids and proposals.
