Job summary

Unum UK is seeking a Product Proposition Manager to shape and deliver its product roadmap across health, protection and workplace benefits. You will translate insight into customer-focused propositions and work with the Head of Product Proposition to drive sustainable growth.

You will influence senior stakeholders, develop business cases, and guide products through lifecycle while improving customer journeys and supporting strategic priorities.

Qualifications

• Experience in health and protection insurance, including workplace benefits.
• Strong commercial judgement with data-informed decisions.
• Ability to drive change and deliver actions from ideas.
• Excellent relationship-building and influencing with senior stakeholders.
• Degree or professional qualification, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the product roadmap across group risk, health and protection portfolios.
• Present robust business cases to senior stakeholders and governance committees.
• Manage product lifecycle activity, including reviews and documentation.
• Collaborate across leadership, operations, finance, legal and compliance to secure buy-in.
• Support broker and client conversations, RFPs and industry forums.
• Help deliver profitable growth and improve customer journeys, including digitisation of processes.
