People's Partnership in Crawley seeks a Product Manager to shape and deliver customer-centric enhancements to The People’s Pension, translating business objectives into prioritized product opportunities and aligning stakeholders across the organisation.

You will own opportunities from concept to delivery, collaborating with Digital, Technology, Marketing and Customer Experience teams to measure outcomes and ensure solutions are compliant, sustainable and aligned with our values.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Product Management.
• Ability to gather and assess stakeholder requirements.
• Strong data analysis to identify opportunities.
• Proven ability to articulate propositions clearly.

Responsibilities

• Drive product opportunities from concept to delivery.
