Job summary
Unum, based in the United Kingdom, seeks a Senior Product Manager to partner with the Head of Product Proposition and drive the product roadmap across group risk, healthcare and individual protection portfolios. You will develop business cases, support governance committees and lead lifecycle activities to deliver growth and better customer outcomes.

Qualifications
- Strong health and protection insurance industry experience.
- Experience with governance and regulatory requirements (Consumer Duty).
- Ability to develop business cases and present to senior stakeholders.
- Experience engaging with SMEs and large employers using data to inform decisions.
Responsibilities
- Support and maintain the product roadmap across group risk, healthcare and individual protection portfolios.
- Develop product proposals and robust business cases for senior stakeholders and governance committees.
- Manage product lifecycle activities including product reviews and supporting documentation.
- Use market insight, competitor analysis and data to shape product design and customer outcomes.
- Build relationships across leadership, operations, distribution, finance, legal and compliance to secure buy-in and deliver change.
- Support broker and client conversations, RFP responses, pitch presentations and industry forums.
- Help deliver profitable growth, retention and improved customer journeys, including digitisation opportunities.
- Contribute to effective product governance and regulatory requirements, including Consumer Duty and risk management.
