Job summary

The Nottingham Building Society is hiring a Product Performance Manager at its Head Office in Nottingham with hybrid working (minimum 2 days per week). You will own performance across mortgage product segments, manage metrics and pricing collaboration, and drive customer and commercial outcomes.

You'll partner with Credit Risk, Sales, Operations and Marketing to shape features, affordability criteria, and communications, while monitoring performance and pipeline.

  • Experience in mortgage product or similar roles within a regulated financial services environment.
  • Demonstrated success in driving customer and commercial outcomes through holistic product management.

Responsibilities

  • Own performance across your product segments, including metrics, triggers and actions to drive results.
  • Oversee end-to-end product proposition with features, criteria and affordability in partnership with Risk, Sales, Ops and Marketing.
  • Monitor sales performance and pipeline conversion to improve efficiency and outcomes.
  • Lead product reviews, identify risks and opportunities.
  • Turn market insights into actionable improvements, including fair value, fees and charges.
  • Shape customer communications and retention strategies; collaborate with Pricing on pricing strategy.

We are hiring two Product Performance Managers!

In this role, you'll oversee how our mortgage strategy comes to life commercially, owning performance management within a key lending segment and helping us achieve our ambitions. Here is a taste of what you will be doing as a Product Performance Manager at Nottingham Building Society:



  • Own performance across your product segments, including metrics, triggers, and actions to drive results.

  • Oversee the end-to-end product proposition (such as features, criteria, and affordability) in partnership with Credit Risk, Sales, Operations, and Marketing colleagues.

  • Monitor sales performance and pipeline conversion, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and customer outcomes.

  • Lead product reviews, identifying key risks and opportunities.

  • Bring deep market insight (competitors, customer needs, regulation) and turn this into actionable improvements.

  • Own our approach to fair value, fees, and charges.

  • Shape customer communications and retention strategies.

  • Collaborate with Pricing to influence overall pricing strategy.


About You:
