Bupa is seeking a Product Owner to lead the Retention Squad, owning strategy, roadmap and outcomes to grow the customer base. Role required to balance customer value with business goals, working with senior stakeholders and a multidisciplinary team.

The position is hybrid with 2 days in a Bupa office and regular travel to Staines, London, Salford Quays, or Leeds. Salary up to £82k plus benefits; sponsorship not offered.

Competenze

• Extensive experience as Product Owner or similar with strategy ownership.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and delivering outcomes.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to build business cases.
• Proven use of customer/performance insights to shape strategy.
• Excellent stakeholder management with senior stakeholders.
• Desirable experience in retention, lifecycle, or insurance domains.
