Job summary

Bupa is seeking a Delivery Manager to lead retention initiatives across Salford Quays, London, Staines and Leeds. This hybrid role requires 2 days in a Bupa office with regular travel to the Staines site.

It is a permanent, full-time position at £69k per year. You'll work with the Product Owner and delivery teams to turn strategy into action, manage delivery plans, budgets and milestones, and ensure business benefits are realised.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading delivery of complex business/technology change initiatives.
• Strong experience managing delivery plans, budgets, milestones, dependencies and governance.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams.
• Excellent stakeholder-management and influencing skills, including senior leaders.
• Experience developing business cases, managing benefits realisation and delivering commercial outcomes.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to implement recovery plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of retention initiatives and roadmap activities with clear outcomes and benefits.
• Build and manage delivery plans, roadmaps, budgets and milestones across complex workstreams.
• Identify and remove delivery risks, issues, dependencies and blockers to maintain momentum.
• Collaborate with Operations, Technology, Commercial, Risk and Compliance teams for successful delivery.
• Prioritise activities based on customer value and strategic objectives and ensure governance.
• Support development of robust business cases, benefits tracking and outcome measurement; drive continuous improvement.
