Bupa is seeking a Digital Product Manager to own the product vision, roadmap and backlog for our healthcare platforms in Salford or London. You will lead product discovery, test assumptions, and align Design and Engineering around outcomes, using data and customer insights to drive decisions.

You’ll collaborate across teams, influence stakeholders, and track journey performance to improve customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience managing digital products across discovery and delivery with measurable customer and business impact.
• Proficient with Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Miro or Figma to support discovery and delivery.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills to align priorities.
• Customer-first mindset and curiosity about problems to solve in healthcare.
