Job summary

Bupa is seeking a Business Analyst to join the Retention Squad. Hybrid work with 2 days in a Bupa office and regular travel to Staines, UK. The role focuses on gathering requirements, shaping solutions and delivering changes to improve customer retention and commercial outcomes.

You will analyse data, run workshops, develop business cases and collaborate with delivery, technology and business teams to implement solutions that enhance customer experience and reduce costs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in change, transformation, project or product environments.
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements through workshops, interviews and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience with full change lifecycle from discovery to implementation.
• Strong business case development, benefits analysis and requirements-management skills.
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder-management and influencing skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and document business requirements to support retention initiatives and strategic change.
• Facilitate workshops and discussions with stakeholders to understand business needs and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop business cases, estimates and benefits assessments to support investment decisions and prioritisation.
• Translate customer, commercial and operational requirements into clear, traceable deliverables.
• Work with delivery, technology and business teams to support implementation and change outcomes.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer experiences, reduce costs and increase operational effectiveness.
• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and influence decisions through evidence and insight.
