Job summary

KDR Talent Solutions UK is seeking a Data Product Owner for a hybrid Leeds-based role. You will own the product roadmap, bridge deep technical capability and commercial value, and work with global clients and data squads to deliver high-impact features.

You will prioritize ruthlessly, shape the product vision with clients, and ensure engineering delivers the right solutions at pace in a fast-growing SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or Technical Product Manager in SaaS, Data, or Digital platforms.
• Experience with prioritization frameworks (WSJF, MoSCoW, RICE) and backlog decluttering.
• Strong client-facing skills with the ability to push back, manage expectations, and discover genuine client needs.
• Ability to collaborate across Engineering, Analytics, or AI-driven platforms.
• Comfortable operating in an evolving, high-tempo Agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Value-Driven Prioritization: triage, refine, and structure backlog mapping features to measurable value.
• Roadmap Ownership: collaborate directly with Head of Data and executives to define and execute a transparent roadmap.
• Client & Stakeholder Engagement: act as the primary technical voice for external enterprise clients.
• Agile Execution: lead sprint planning, grooming, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Metric Definition: define and track product KPIs/OKRs post-launch.
